Language Policy | 语言政策
  • English is the official language of the conference. All papers must be written and presented in English.
  • Authors should ensure their submissions meet professional language standards.
  • Non-native English speakers are encouraged to seek language editing services before submission to ensure publication quality.
Publication Requirements | 出版要求

Full Paper Publication: Authors who wish to publish their papers in the conference proceedings must submit full manuscripts meeting the following requirements:

  • Follow the official conference template
  • Minimum of 4 pages
  • Must meet the publisher's formatting and quality standards
  • Regular registration fee includes publication of up to 6 pages (including tables, figures, and references)
  • Additional pages beyond 6 will incur a fee of $70 per page

Presentation Only: For scholars who wish to present and discuss their latest research findings without publication, abstracts may be submitted. Abstracts should concisely summarize research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for presentation but will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Academic Ethics | 学术道德

The conference maintains strict standards of academic integrity. Submitted papers must adhere to the following ethical guidelines:

  • Reject submitted manuscripts or remove papers from final publications
  • Report violations to the authors' supervisors and affiliated institutions
  • Report authors' violations to the relevant academic ethics oversight offices and research funding agencies
  • Reserve the right to publicly announce the names of plagiarists, paper titles, affiliations, and details of misconduct
Review Process | 审稿流程
  • Double-Blind Review: Paper selection will use a double-blind review process, where author and reviewer information are not visible to each other during the review process.
  • Preliminary Screening: Submitted manuscripts will first undergo preliminary screening through a plagiarism detection system.
  • Expert Review: Papers that pass screening will be reviewed by experts in relevant fields from the PEIE Science and Technology Committee.
  • Review Criteria: Committee members will evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
    • Originality
    • Novelty in Design
    • Advancement within the Field
    • Technical Quality

Authors should clearly articulate the novelty and/or advancement of their work over existing technologies. Novelty and advancement are equally important, but all submitted papers must demonstrate a high level of technical quality and clarity.
