At the review stage, the Program Committee may change the presentation type submitted by the author to ensure the continuity of the conference programme i.e. oral presentation may be changed to poster presentation OR poster presentation to oral presentation. The Presenting Author will be informed of any change to their submitted presentation type at the acceptance notification stage. The decision of the program committee is final.
Oral Presentation | 口头报告
- Duration: 15 minutes total (including 3–5 minutes for Q&A). Strict timing enforced.
- Slides: English, 16:9 widescreen format. Bring both PPTX and PDF as backup.
- On-Site: Arrive 15 minutes early to pre-load slides on the provided laptop.
- Language: All presentations must be delivered in English.
Poster Presentation | 海报展示
- Size: A1 portrait. Authors must print and bring posters.
- Content: Include title, authors, methodology, key results, and conclusions. Use clear visuals and legible text.
- Setup: Mount posters on assigned boards using provided pins. Remove immediately after session.
- Attendance: At least one author must remain with the poster throughout the entire session.
