同一参会者注册两篇或三篇论文时，第二篇及第三篇可享受注册费优惠；如论文篇幅超过6页，超出部分按每页510元收取版面费，最多可超4页。

Important Notes 注意事项

1. Payment Security: The organizing committee will never request credit card information via email or phone. Please only register and pay through the official system.
2. Early Bird Discount: Registration and payment must be completed before the deadline. This is independent of the submission deadline.
3. Student Registration: Valid student identification (e.g., student ID or enrollment certificate) must be provided.
4. Paper Length: Default inclusion of 6 pages. Extra pages require additional fees. Maximum 10 pages per full paper.
5. Accommodation: Registration fees do not include accommodation. Please book your hotel independently.
6. Personal Belongings: Please take good care of your personal items. The organizing committee is not responsible for loss or damage.
7. Conference Badge: You must wear your badge at all times during the conference. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

Refund Policy 退款政策

• Cancellation Timeframe and Fees:
  • More than 90 days before the conference: $30 handling fee
  • 89-60 days before the conference: 30% handling fee
  • 59-30 days before the conference: 50% handling fee
  • Less than 29 days before the conference: No refund


• No Show: Full payment is required with no refund if you do not attend without prior cancellation.
• Personal Reasons: No refunds will be issued for personal reasons (e.g., travel issues, visa problems, health issues, etc.).
• Force Majeure: In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars), the organizing committee reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the conference, and refunds will be processed according to the policy.

Conference Date and Venue Disclaimer

The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust the conference date or venue due to force majeure. Participants must comply with any adjustments and the refund policy.
